Hi! I’m Dr. Nicole

I’ve got a passion for movement, strength, and healing!

My journey into chiropractic care began with my deep-rooted passion for movement, injury prevention, and helping others feel their best.

As a former athlete, high school cross country and track coach, and gait analysis specialist, I witnessed firsthand how injuries impact performance and daily life.

My personal recovery experience led me to discover the transformative power of chiropractic care — an approach I now share with the Gilbert community.

Dr. Nicole is a Gilbert chiropractor with a strong passion for helping her patients move and feel better. This passion began during her time as an athlete as she personally learned and moved through injury and healing. This journey progressed during her years of coaching and continued personal athleticism.

Through her experience with gait analysis and her personal journey with injury recovery, she discovered the transformative power of chiropractic care and its ability to help people live more active, comfortable lives. Specialized training in Applied Kinesiology and utilizing functional neurology has equipped her with a deep understanding of how the brain, nervous system, and body, create a communication network.

Dr. Nicole’s education at Life Chiropractic College West, enriched by Specialized training in By understanding this network, chiropractic addresses the root cause of dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms. Dr. Nicole helps patients achieve sustainable improvements in their health and mobility. Whether you’re looking to enjoy daily activities without pain, maintain an active lifestyle, or enhance your physical performance, she will partner with you to rebuild strength and restore natural movement patterns.

When Dr. Nicole is not at the clinic helping patients thrive, you’ll find her working out at her community CrossFit gym or enjoying time with her husband and corgi puppy, Appa. She is passionate about empowering the Gilbert community to move better, feel stronger, and live more vibrant lives through personalized care.

What Are People Saying

Chiropractic Adjustments

Chiropractic adjustments are precise, manual manipulations of the spine and other joints to restore proper alignment and function. These adjustments help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and support overall nervous system health. By correcting misalignments, we aim to enhance your body’s natural ability to heal itself and maintain optimal health.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique that involves inserting fine needles into specific trigger points within muscles. This process helps relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and promote healing. Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling focuses on addressing musculoskeletal issues and enhancing physical function.

Soft Tissue Modalities
and Therapies

Soft tissue modalities and therapies encompass a range of techniques designed to treat muscles, ligaments, and tendons. These may include massage, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. These therapies aim to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and enhance the overall function of soft tissues, supporting quicker recovery and better performance.

Rehabilitation Exercises

Rehabilitation exercises are tailored programs designed to improve strength, flexibility, and stability. These exercises are crucial for recovering from injuries, preventing future injuries, and enhancing overall physical performance. Our rehabilitation programs are customized to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring a safe and effective path to recovery and long-term health.

Low-Level Laser Therapy

Low-Level-Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-intensity lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. It is commonly used for musculoskeletal conditions, wound healing, and nerve regeneration, stimulating cellular function without causing heat or tissue damage.

Kinetisense 3D Analysis

Kinetisense 3D Analysis is an advanced motion capture system that uses markerless technology to assess posture, movement, and biomechanics in real time. It provides precise data for rehabilitation, sports performance, and injury prevention. The system enhances clinical assessments by offering objective insights, improving movement efficiency, and optimizing treatment plans.
