I’ve got a passion for movement, strength, and healing!
My journey into chiropractic care began with my deep-rooted passion for movement, injury prevention, and helping others feel their best.
As a former athlete, high school cross country and track coach, and gait analysis specialist, I witnessed firsthand how injuries impact performance and daily life.
My personal recovery experience led me to discover the transformative power of chiropractic care — an approach I now share with the Gilbert community.
Dr. Nicole is a Gilbert chiropractor with a strong passion for helping her patients move and feel better. This passion began during her time as an athlete as she personally learned and moved through injury and healing. This journey progressed during her years of coaching and continued personal athleticism.
Through her experience with gait analysis and her personal journey with injury recovery, she discovered the transformative power of chiropractic care and its ability to help people live more active, comfortable lives. Specialized training in Applied Kinesiology and utilizing functional neurology has equipped her with a deep understanding of how the brain, nervous system, and body, create a communication network.
Dr. Nicole’s education at Life Chiropractic College West, enriched by Specialized training in By understanding this network, chiropractic addresses the root cause of dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms. Dan Trainor2024-08-12Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nicole is great. I went in knowing something was off or misaligned, but with no idea what exactly. By the end of the first session, not only did we have an idea of what was wrong, but a plan to fix it. Weeks later, everything has improved tremendously: squatting, sitting, slouching bad habits are being corrected, even my walking feels more balanced and natural. Definitely try this out if you'd like to learn more about your body and how to correct it. Lexi Lopez2024-08-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nicole is amazing! You have to go see Nicole at Renewed Strength Chiropractic! I’m very active in CrossFit and BJJ and therefore always dealing with something going on with my body. Most chiropractors give you 10 minutes the first visit, crack your back and neck and send you on your way. Then they give you 5 minutes all your visits thereafter. Nicole takes her time, keeps meticulous notes on you and gets to know what you on a personal level. She’s my new chiropractor for life! Took time to assess full body, she didn’t just have me lay on the table and go through the same boring process. She took time to see how it was all connected. As well cupping and dry needling services were received and she knows what she is doing. Book now!!
Chiropractic adjustments are precise, manual manipulations of the spine and other joints to restore proper alignment and function. These adjustments help alleviate pain, improve mobility, and support overall nervous system health. By correcting misalignments, we aim to enhance your body’s natural ability to heal itself and maintain optimal health.
