Renewed Strength Chiropractic

We believe true healing begins by honoring your inner strength. Together, we build resilience and spark the vitality that lets you thrive in every season of life.

Hi! I’m Dr. Nicole

I’ve got a passion for movement, strength, and healing!

My journey into chiropractic care began with my deep-rooted passion for movement, injury prevention, and helping others feel their best.

As a former athlete, high school cross country and track coach, and gait analysis specialist, I witnessed firsthand how injuries impact performance and daily life.

My personal recovery experience led me to discover the transformative power of chiropractic care — an approach I now share with the Gilbert community.

Dr. Nicole is a dedicated Gilbert chiropractor with a passion for helping patients move and feel their best. Her journey into chiropractic care began during her time as an athlete, where she experienced firsthand the challenges of injury and the rewards of healing. This personal experience fueled her interest in helping others achieve resilience and recovery.

Her expertise in gait analysis and her own recovery journey led her to discover the transformative impact of chiropractic care. She saw how it could empower people to live more active and comfortable lives. With specialized training in Applied Kinesiology and functional neurology, Dr. Nicole brings a profound understanding of the brain, nervous system, and body as an interconnected communication network.

Dr. Nicole’s education at Life Chiropractic College West, combined with her advanced training, has equipped her to address the root causes of dysfunction—not just the symptoms. Her approach is designed to help patients achieve lasting improvements in health and mobility. Whether your goal is to enjoy everyday activities without pain, maintain an active lifestyle, or elevate your physical performance, Dr. Nicole is committed to partnering with you to rebuild strength and restore natural movement patterns.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Nicole stays active at her local CrossFit gym and enjoys spending time with her husband and their playful corgi puppy, Appa. These may include massage, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. These therapies aim to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and enhance the overall function of soft tissues, supporting quicker recovery and better performance.

Rehabilitation Exercises

These exercises are crucial for recovering from injuries, preventing future injuries, and enhancing overall physical performance. Our rehabilitation programs are customized to meet your specific needs and goals, ensuring a safe and effective path to recovery and long-term health.

Low-Level Laser Therapy

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-intensity lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain. It is commonly used for musculoskeletal conditions, wound healing, and nerve regeneration, stimulating cellular function without causing heat or tissue damage.

Kinetisense 3D Analysis

Kinetisense 3D Analysis is an advanced motion capture system that uses markerless technology to assess posture, movement, and biomechanics in real time.
